Pay: $18-$24 per hour (based on experience)

Job Summary

We’re hiring a Landscape Technician to support daily operations on residential and commercial landscape projects. This role works under the direction of the Foreman to complete tasks such as hardscape and softscape installation, site prep, and general labor.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with site preparation and cleanup
  • Perform softscape work (planting, mulching, sod installation)
  • Support hardscape installation (pavers, retaining walls, etc.)
  • Operate and maintain landscaping tools and equipment
  • Load/unload materials and tools for daily projects
  • Follow foreman’s instructions and safety protocols
  • Help prepare for next day’s tasks at the shop

Schedule Overview

  • Start: Meet foreman, attend daily briefing, travel to job site
  • End: Return to shop, prepare tools and materials, clock out

Requirements

  • Able to work outdoors in varying weather
  • Physically fit; able to lift 50+ lbs
  • Punctual, dependable, and team-oriented
  • Willing to learn and follow company procedures
  • Landscaping or construction experience is a plus
